Appearance: Lee is a tall and dignified young man with golden hair standing up like a blazing flame. He is described as handsome with an elegant face, and his eyes, crimson like blood, are visibly not those of a human and give off a mysterious radiance that makes people wither. He has a "perfect, Golden-proportioned body" described as emanating majesty that makes flames surrounding him afraid to come close. He has a number of red tattoos on his body that are present during the heat of combat or when in the use of powerful skills. He dons a Shihakushō, the black kimono worn by Shinigami. It is customary to wear a white undergarment underneath. He commonly carries his Zanpakutō to his obi sash. He wears a Taka Badge on his left arm.

Personality: Lee is seemingly a very cold and calculating person. He finds that un-necessary things should not be bothered with. He only enjoys few things and does pretty much everything for his own personal gain in some way. He holds no one close to him, not even his friends as he finds most everyone better used as a tool. He may seem to show the outer appearance of someone who cares or even loves but in the end, it will always turn to what he wants. He will do what ever it takes to make his goal reality and use whom ever and do what he must to achieve this.

- Human Story:
Philip de León was his name whilst in life and he was a very wealthy man in his time. Japan was a hot spot for many things that he let himself indulge in even if he himself was not Japanese. He had worked hard for the more of his life and the fact that he was born into an already wealthy family made his success even that much more assured. But due to this already guaranteed life, it made his view on the outside world someone something that is full of pity. He never cared for throwing money around because he loved the praise he would get from the common folk for it. It would spread like wildfire and he reveled in it.
Both of the León parents were both so wrapped up in there wealth and maintaining it that they never really had time for there son and he was more than welcome at this fact. He would wear what he wanted and it was always something that he loved to wear and knew he dressed nicer than the general populace adored everything that he wore. During one of his strolls among the lower reaches of the Edo area, he came across a woman cloaked in mystery. She came to him begging for his help for someone that he never knew. She had heard of his wealthy nature and his tendencies that she begged for his help. This woman's situation seemed dire and the thought of the amount of praise and other things he could get from the situation were many. He heard the woman's desperate plea about a young girl who had been forced into a life that was nothing of what she wanted for her. After getting some minor details, Philip entered the whorehouse in search of the girl that he was supposed to find.
It was not long that he was given his choice of females and spotted the one he wanted. After making a more private deal with the keeper, he took the girl with him outside after a few moments, reunited the two whom seemed more than overjoyed to see one another. He left them to themselves as he went off to go on another whim of buying clothes he thought were fitting.
The night had come faster than he had thought it would have and the new year was close to rolling in. Philip had looked around as saw a rather run down building and figured it would be more than suitable for a small stay. When he walked in, he met with the woman that he had just helped. He spoke with her for a few moments and it suddenly struck him. A new year was but only a few moments away, why not have the ending the past year doing something grand. He slowly withdrew a small dagger and was able to corner her into a small closet and there, he slit her throat from ear to ear. He was surprised at how easy it was and it was cleaner than he would have thought. He heard the sound of someone else from the washroom. He stood there as he heard the girl was already out and finally closed the door and turned to face her with a smile on his face. He had told her that the woman had gone out for supplies for them and she would come back shortly. Philip took the girl over toward a burning fire and they spoke of a few things to keep themselves entertained. She soon spoke about getting blankets and he spoke of there being no need for it. But she was already up and at the closet.
She opened it to find the left over corpse of what was once her dear friend of sorts. Philip was now behind the girl. He could not let this one go into the world to ruin him. But he did not get what he planned for as he jumped back to evade a rather lethal but a long scar on his cheek proved that it was not just a game. He did not however have much time to think of anything as his breath was taken from him as he was thrown onto a wall and a sudden pain enter him. The metal pipe that she had cut him with was now in his body and as he looked up once more, she was coming back with several more that went into him. His right arm, below his heart, his left shoulder, his liver and both kidneys. He held one in place pushing it further as she held him onto the wall. His life was ending, even if he was to get away, he would die in the streets before anyone could help. He was not going to let this girl best him. He let his knife enter his hand once again as he let it force itself way into the girls stomach, trying to move it further than it wanted to. He then pulled up on it as it tore through the girl like a burning blade through an block of ice. He let the blade rip itself free from her as he let his arm drop down. He was not going to fall to the ground, the pipes held him firmly in place against the wall
"Good thing...I....will not....be.....the only one....that's...going to die....tonight..."
His vision was now gone and the only thing he heard other than his own fading thoughts was the sounds of the new year and his own death that came to greet him so willingly.
- Plus Story:
Philip de León slowly wandered around the complex of Edo. A long chain held fast to the market area where he would always go to show himself off to others. He still wanted to and for the longest time, he would fall into denial as he tried to help someone or give them something that they had missed in order to get some sort of praise. Years would pass and still no one would pay any notice to him, there were the select few that would be able to see him but they would run rather than converse.
One day, he grew tired of being confined to the one small area and forced himself to remove the chain that held itself to the ground. With a broken chain in hand, he wandered around the lands. Slowly, he started to dislike the way things were. Without the constant money that he gave, soon, his name was all but forgotten and others that never did nearly as great as he did took over and grew from far less. All the while, his chain growing shorter and shorter, eroding away at itself. He encountered a woman wielding a sword and dressed in black. The woman spoke of being some sort of reaper and in all realness, this kinda terrified him. Because of this, he ran. He made good use of himself being one of the dead and after a few more moments, he was able to get away but to what? Was it that good? He had no one to go to, he knew even less and he was not going anywhere. After a few more years, decades, he didn't keep count anymore. He was halted by another soul reaper and submitted. Come to find out, a Konsō was not as bad as he had thought and found it rather peaceful.
- Shinigami Story:
Lee was sent to the soul society and inside the Rukongai, he never really wanted to live with anyone else. He knew that it was better to look for himself and then let others watch out for there own. If the two ever crossed then it was more than okay to ask for help from one another. But he was able to meet with one person, the only one that he ever actually enjoyed the company with. She was nice to him and he was nice to her. They would cause so much trouble when it came to the general populace of the Rukongai that the occasional soul reaper would have to come out and try and catch the two hooligans.
But like all things, even after death, they can't last. Lee's curious nature of the Seireitei and the Soul Reapers were always picking at his mind. And one day, he decided that it was enough of games. He left the Rukongai and never looked back. He knew that if he told his friend, she would try and join and it would only cause her more pain when they had to separate. He left in hope that he brought the heartache with him.
He entered into the Shinō Academy not even a single day later. And quickly, he dismissed any and all other people around him. He cared nothing for them or what it was they wanted. He only wanted to further himself and what it was he wanted to do. And that was something that he did. He made sure to read into any and everything there was to know about hollows, soul reapers, the soul society, everything he could about anything. And Lee soon graduated from the Shinō Academy after just one year, at the top of his class and the ones before him for years.
After a amount of peace swept through the soul society, Lee was in a state of turmoil in himself. The soul society was weak. The defense all rested on the 13 courtyard squads but what if they were all in disarray and nothing else? He thought about bringing this to the head captain but to be a vice-captain, it would just fall on deaf ears. But he had for many years, a red book that he had been deciphering for ages and was closing in on what all was needed to make a living god or so he had thought. It was during this time that he meet someone while he was reading the book in a park. A girl. She claimed that she knew him from there childhood but this was something he could not recall. After he had left the Rukongai, he focused so hard on being a soul reaper that he forced himself to forget any such events that could not help him. Including his past. They sat there and spoke to each other, slowly he started to remember what they did, how much fun they had together, he actually laughed and that was something he had never done in his years in the squads. But things went south when she found the book and he was forced to tell her what it was about. He stole it back and disappeared from the Soul Society.
He was able to complete the majority of the books contents that he needed to preform the Arcane Benedicta Ritual. This offered up souls in the Rukongai of area sixty-nine, a large population of humans in the world of the living and an even larger population of Hollows in Hueco Mundo. With this being done, Lee Takamoto was given new life and new power. But even with this power, he was still unable to completely fulfill his goal and so, he continued to run from the Soul Society but never leaving it and returned every so often for reasons unknown.
After the world had been overrun with demons, the soul society was in ruin itself. The thirteen court guard squads were a thing of the past. He fought a battle against a long time rival Daiseisho Oricaltos in which the battle provided him with a secret weapon that now resided in his own Inner World. He then fled to the World of the Living to better himself and keep an eye on the New World Government in his Gigai. He quickly rose in the ranks of the military and was given a high rank of General where he now seemingly serves the President with an unwavering loyalty as the rebels themselves began to increase in number of one's that were his enemies in the Soul Society.

Visored Mask: Flowing mask with flowing faces, heads and hands that flow from the left side of the face. The mask is solid to the touch even whilst it flows and shifts.

Hollowfication: Shinigami = 59 // Hollow = 41
Hollow Manifestation: Lee's hollow form takes the form of a large behemoth of a beast. A normal human being would come up to its second joint. It is covered in many if not limitless hollow eyes that seem to pierce and see everything. There are several areas where limbs of various sorts protrude outward and dangle. It has a pair of bone-like wings and two long pitch black horns that jolt up and outward atop its head.

Inner Hollow Name: Otomakat (Ohto-mah-cat)
Hollow Spirit Description: Otomakat's personality is very childlike, comparable to someone with low functioning autism. He is easily distracted by small things if they are interesting enough, be it shiny or makes an interesting noise. He shows some hostility, attacking without warning with all his power, but quickly reverts back to his usual childlike state after doing so. He displays a higher level of hostility towards others without any warning or provocation.
Appearance: Otomakat is very similar, if not exactly alike to Lee in every way with few exceptions. One, being the completely black armor and pale white hair, skin, and eyes. The pure blood red silk that hands from his waist finishes the appearance.

Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Seyfert is a soft-spoken, polite, and caring spirit who uses honorifics when addressing everyone, including those she deems to be her subordinates and the enemy. She rarely shows any signs of panic or distress, and has a great sense of duty to Lee Takamoto. With her grace and kind manners, she lets others know quietly that while she may be soft, she is not to be taken lightly.
Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: Seyfert is shown with a dark blue jewel on its forehead, two pairs of mouths full of sharp teeth, red scaly skin, golden eyes, three toes on each foot, a long serpentine body (its tail takes up three-fourths of its length), a pair of large dragonic wings, a black underbelly and spines going down along its back.

Zanpakuto Name: Seyfert (sahy-fert}
Sealed Appearance: At first glance when not in use, the Zanpakutō is sealed in an average katana with a rectangular cross guard with smooth rounded edges and a dark blue hilt. When drawn and transformed, the blade turns into an scythe. The handle stretches till a full formed scythe is firmly in his grip. The scythe has eight transparent blades.

Shikai
Name: Kusaridendo (Chain Drive)
Shikai Release Phrase: Seyfert, Chain Drive or Seyfery, Kusaridendo.
Released Appearance: Lee's Shikai manifests as a mostly metallic "bodysuit"; sleek pearl plating for wristguards, the jetpack-like hindsection, kneecaps and boots meshed with onyx and white armor sections, with a light white undergarment extending across the body. It also has a full-face helmet with spikes surrounding the eyebrow region and a large fin jutting back and upwards from the head. The Shikai has a streamlined design that optimizes it for high-speed velocity. The most notable detail is the 'Taka Clan' emblem that appears on the left back side of his gauntlet.

Shikai Special Ability: The power to travel at extraordinary physical speed. Lee can move far faster than the average member of the supernatural species, at or above supersonic speed or even faster, this power is not without any ill effects however. Intangibility gives him the ability to pass through solid matter when at a high enough speed, accelerated vision allows the power to slow the perception of time, and his enhanced reflexes gives him the power to have drastically enhanced reaction speed. The Reiatsu is focused inward and keeps the armor from being detected and thus making travel easy without interruption.
Bankai
Name: Haikyu Kei (Chain of Distribution)
Bankai Release Phrase: Seyfert, Chain of Distribution or Seyfert, Haikyu Kei.
Released Appearance: Lee's Bankai is capable of taking out the entire length of chain from either his body or golden glyphs to use in conjunction with Spells or other chains when he is serious about fighting, or he can simply summon part of it from a Glyph. The chain can be summoned from anywhere the Glyph can reach, elongate and contract without any shown limit, and multiple individual sections can be summoned at one time. The blade on the front of the chains are capable of acting as a striking weapon when launched at a high speed, and he can summon a single length to wrap around an opponent so he can drag them towards him.

Bankai Special Ability: Lee is able to generate chains and chain-like weapons and manipulating them or any existing ones at will. He can use these to be used as additional limbs, binding, he can generate chain-tentacle-like appendages from his own body and may even have chains in place of certain limbs, and these can be used to scale tall structures or rappel into deep areas if need be.

Name: Ko Majutsu (Demon Invocation)

Terms of Usage: Lee must have a Zanpakuto in his grip during and while the kido is being activated/used
Description: Lee is able to use a zanpakuto as a catalyst to focus his own spiritual energy into Bakudo or Hado without the use of incantations but they hold the power level of that of full versed incantation spoke spells.
Downside: Lee must have hold of a zanpakuto in order to use this skill and because of this, without one, he has to preform incantations for any spell.
Name: Hijin Kesso (Blades of Blood)
State: Regular, Visored
Terms of Usage: Lee must be bleeding and the blood must be on the zanpakuto in its sealed state; only works with his own blood.
Description: Lee can harden his own blood on his zanpakuto and, like a bladed projectile, throw it at his enemies by slashing in there direction. It's a surprise attack that catches enemies off guard who think he is weakened from battle. It is particularly useful when an enemy's movements are too fast for a direct attack or when enemies employ ranged attacks.
Downside: As the obvious states, his own blood and spiritual power is the source so the technique is a doubled bladed attack
Name: Yu Setsu (Fusion Welding)
State: Regular, Visored
Terms of Usage:
Description: Lee is able to use his powers of kido to fuse two kido into a single spell without the need of incantations or prior planning. This can be used on two spells of the same nature or offensive and defensive or the same spell just doubled over.
Downside: The known limits of the kido apply still; Folding two kido into a single one can cause backfires if two opposing kido mix improperly or is rushed.

Description: Lee has mastered the use of his sealed zanpakuto to its highest level. This has allowed him to use the scythe in a way like none other. He controls the medium range, using area attack's. He "flicks" multiple enemies and push them away before they can get close enough for melee attacks.
Downside: Lee tends to be weak to long range attacks; A good shot or long distance attack could overpower him by attacking from afar.
Name: Akehanareru (Darkness Giving Way to the Light of the Morning)
State: Shikai, Visored
Terms of Usage: Shikai must have been activated for more than 4 posts; Must say the name of the technique.
Description: This ability brings out the full potential of Lee's Shikai. This allows him to move faster than a Shunpo, Sonído, Hirenkyaku, Senka, or Utsusemi at a moments notice by taking all of the condensed spiritual pressure and propelling himself in the desired direction.
Downside: With the increased speed comes the problems of stopping. Unlike the Hoho skills that he has outdone, he cannot stop as they can and must have distance to skid or slide in order to make complete stops.
Name: Shindo (Tremor)
State: Shikai, Visored
Terms of Usage: Shikai must be active
Description: Lee is able to focus his speed in his arms or legs to allow a more defensive destruction to them. The constant vibrations are at the point where what might come in contact with them (spells, solid objects, ect) are unable to cope with the speed and break down against it.
Downside: The armor is unable to keep the vibrations up for too long, 2 post max unless in Visored, then 4 post max; The shikai's natural abilities are drastically deprived and its fast movement is impossible.
Name: Hankotsunoseishin (Spirit of Defiance)
State: Shikai,Visored
Terms of Usage: Skikai must be fully active
Description: Lee is able to focus his speed his arms or legs but unlike Shindo, he let's the concentrated spiritual pressure in the selected area fire out as a line of spiritual pressure to attack from a distance.
Downside: The armor is unable to keep the vibrations up for too long, 1 post to use and 2 post cool down time; The shikai's natural abilities are drastically deprived and its fast movement is impossible.
Name: Mugen Ranbu (Infinite Wild Dance)
State: Shikai
Terms of Usage: (Is the technique activated, or can you do it without any special terms or conditions)
Description: Lee halts his movement and draws in the already constantly flowing Reiatsu around him and in one sudden explosion, he sends out a massive shock-wave around him to send any objects that are not set in the ground off it. He then takes and send his Shikai into an overdrive as he makes the single opponent his target. He is unseen in any sort of eye and the only thing that gives him away is the lines of light that are left in his wake as he continues to strike his opponent countless number of times, to the point that not even he himself knows. After a certain moment is reached, Lee appears in the air as if there are three of him, burning with spiritual power. The first one comes down to send a straight left thrust downward onto the enemy, the second follows with a right, and the last, brings all of the remaining power down in one mighty strike to send the enemy into the already overly destroyed ground with a left fist.
Downside: Lee's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches his body after use; The shikai armor is barely stable and 3/4th, if not, all of it is broken off and time is needed for even the scythe to fully recover.
Name: Hebiza Jakan (Serpent Coil)
State: Bankai, Visored
Terms of Usage: Physical contact with the target must be established; The word's 'Hebiza Jakan' must be said before contact; The word's 'Serpent Coil' must be said during contact
Description: Lee is able to summon what one would assume to be countless chains that twist and intertwine into snake like figures that force his enemy into the skies. Once there, the chains tightly form together in a snake like fashion in an almost globe-like fashion to lower the chances of escape. Then, the bladed ends of the chains form at one point to form the head with its thousands of razor sharp blades. This beast can attack freely from this point onward. This is seemingly the physical manifestation of Lee's zanpakto spirit.
Downside: The snake itself can only be held together for so long. As long as Lee is focused on his enemy, it is able to keep its shape. But if he moves to far from the spot where it was first summoned or he is focused on something else more than the current enemy, it will return to the ground and from whence it came.
Name: Myakuraku (Chain of Reasoning)
State: Bankai, Visored
Terms of Usage: Bankai must be fully activated
Description: The chain's start to weave in and around one another to form a net like shape and is then tightly bound to form a wall like object that is used as a solid defense against physical attacks and Hadō up to 90 and Bakudō up to 79; If Visored is active, only the strongest of techniques can surpass its defense.
Downside: The level of skill to the strike(s) determines just how long it can hold; His other Bankai Techniques can not be activated; His Kido can not be activated; Its threshold is not unlimited however, and eventually the Chains will crack off after being hit enough times or with a strong enough force or a constant stream of energy.

Name: Shabaki (World Ambitions)

Terms of Usage: Incantation: Brethren-in-arms withdrawing for the distance of countless suns and standing motionless; bloody bolt, azure bolt, darkened bolt, golden bolt; sinking into the ocean together seeking redemption.
Description: One of the golden transmutation circles appears under Lee's feet and shortly after, under the person(s) feet as well. several chains raise up around Lee and this mimics the person(s). The chains slowly multiply and encroach around them until they are completely covered in the chain. It soon pulls them down into the golden circle until the chains are gone and the golden circle soon fades and they are transported into Lee's inner world.
Downside: All of the targets must be in plain sight; The number of people can not change once the incantation begins; If the incantation is interrupted or Lee moves or is struck the skill is automatically canceled and reverses its process within moments

Name: Zōfuku Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Amplification Summoning Technique)
State: Visored
Terms of Usage: Lee must drop a soul-infused blood-droplet onto a zanpakuto.
Description: The manifested spirit is typically as tangible shadowy figures from weaker Shinigami and with greater individuality and power from stronger Shinigami. A Shinigami with a strong enough will can still access Shikai but not Bankai as it requires the Zanpakutō spirit to submit to the Shinigami's will. When first summoned, the body of the reincarnated is summoned in a mass of dust and smoke; their body will appear grey and in a state of minor "decay": marred by cracks and other imperfections, and the individual will also appear to be "disengaged". Upon awakening they retain their personality, memories, and all abilities of the Zanpakuto. The decay and other physical imperfections will slowly disappear within a few moments after the summoning.
Downside: The Zanpakuto is under no obligation to obey Lee and has free will; Lee is physically drained directly after the use of the technique.
