This wont be like the usual test we give (nothing like trial captain test or the CAT) were just plain looking for them.
But sure, there's a rule for everything. read up.
1. 1 division per player only. *Unless approved for plot purposes*
2. Must swear to be an active member of bleachdynasty.com (If your leaving, inform us, one month of no show is bye bye position)
3. Must obey and uphold all other forum rules.
4. Be justified in making decisions, must not he himself god mode.
