    Welcome to the recruitment center~

    The third division is a city of constant rain. You are given a cloak, umbrella and goggles to help you get around. We express personality, creativity, indivuality, and anything. The city seems broken and lost but inside is actually lively with paintings on buildings art made by the captain or others. We're friendly and each of us are different so join if you wanna have some fun!
