Gobantai Pagoda 2nd Floor: Sparring Area

Enters the Sparring Arena, ties back his hair, and adjusts his uniform.

Bows to Squee, Hiro and Cantin.

"Shall we Begin" He comments with a over confident smile

Enters the arena, unsheats his sword, throws it on the ground and decided to start with only his scabbard

"I guess that will stop a sword good enough, no need to attack right now"

"bring it on Marcus, you go first ^^"

Unsheaths his knife in his right hand, blade resting against his forearm.

Pulls his sword out of the scabbard with his free hand.
"This is going to be fun" He laughs

Starts to circle his oppnent get a mesure of him

*Examines Marcus's running pattern and then sees him running in circles around

Thinks : "Okay, I'll slide straight to his legs, hoping to slide past him while tripping him"

*Dashes forwards, aiming to intercept Marcus's trajectory and to trip him

Wathched Cantin running toward him, jumped and rolled over his sliding legs.

Thinks :"that was close, too close"

Swings his sword towards Cantin's right arm

*Swings his scabbard at Marcus's sword, and starts spining like mad on his head, to spring up, back on his feet

"Woot ^^, here we go again"

Follws his blocked sword thrust with a lunging swing of his right arm towards Cantin's chest.

Thinks :"Maybe i can get close with this"

*Cantin steps backwards after seeing the attack coming

"Damn, no choice now..."

*Dashes towards his own sword to go get it, tired of defending

Stands in a defencive stance, while catching his breath.

"Having fun yet?" He laughs to himself

Thinks: "I wonder how he is when hes not holding back"

"Looks like I have to stop being passive for now.."

*Grabs his sword, and dual wields it with his scabbard as a set of dual Tonfas

*Starts dashing towards Marcus and attemps a kick to Marcus's legs

Blocks Cantins out stretched leg, counters with a side kick of his own towards Cantins head.

Thinks: "Damn i needed to do more stretching before we stared"

*blocks the kick with his scabbard and immediately counters, aiming to slash Marcus's left arm

Flips knife, uses it with his sword in a x block about shoulder height.

"Your good!" he retorts.

Thinks: "I need more practice"

"And now, to make things more interesting..."

*Attempts to headbutt Marcus straight in the brains, which would even injure his own head

~a wondering 4th divisioner passes by and notices a fight going on~

ooh i like fights, if anyone dies, i'm just near by... just so you know i can heal stuff.. like wounds and cuts and other illness XD

Gets headbutted by Cantin. Stumbles backward from the pain, wipes his nose.

"Ha, blood!. Don't get to see that often"

Thinks: "pain is a shadow of the mind"

launches an agressive attack with his sword at Cantin's right arm

*Jumps and does a 180 in the air to block Marcus's sword with his scabbard while attempting a dropkick to his chest while in mid-air

Thinks : "This better land else I'm in lots of trouble"

Hastily ducks, sensing Cantin's legs fly out over his head, stands up grabbing Cantin with his right arm pushes his opponent over his shoulder towards the padded floor.

Thinks: "That's gonna hurt"

*Crashes on the ground

"Damn crash and burn style, sure need to practice it"

*Starts holding on his hands, launching a low high low kicking combination at Marcus while keeping balance on his hands

Blocks the first two kicks, but misses the third, loses his balance as his leg swings from beneath him. He manages to keep his balance somehow by leaning forward with one leg outstretched behind him.

Thinks: "Great Completely exposed now"

*Dashes towards Marcus as soon as he connected with his third kick, putting his sword as close as possible to Marcus's throat, to signify the end of the round

Thinks : "If I get there fast enough, this one's over"

Watches Cantin's sword flash toward his throat. Blocks the incoming blade with his knife, but not well enough feels the blade slow and touch his throat, it snicks the skin, leaving a small cut.
"Whoa!!, thats too close for me. You win."

Regains his balance and stands up. Bows to Cantin in respect

"Well done!"

"Like I'd let it end like that...we have someone from the 4th here...Ruru-sama, can you heal us a bit, we'd go one more round, my nose pees blood -_-"

"Wanna go at it again Marcus?"

"Another time, my freind. I think i need a little more practice."

Thinks : "time to heal first"
