11th Division's Rank Discussions

I want to add a note to Taichou Jenny-sama's previous post.

The new ranks have been completed after much discussion, therefore your seats have been assigned.

You were given your seat based on many factors, including activity in and out of the division, as well as participation in forum events and work effort into shaping the division.
Please note these new seats.

As for now, those who are still listed under the recruit level will be evaluated at a later time, marking a rise in their work and participation.

This also goes for all other seats. If you want to be ranked higher, please be more active in helping to shape this division.

I was once told by a very good friend that when it comes to seats, this is not something that marks ones power or standing, it marks one's responsibility. Basically what I am driving at with that statement is if you want a higher seat, take more of an active role in earning one.

Having said all that, I want to also say how much of a pleasure it is to be serving with all of you, and I hope that we can continue to make things better in the future. Let's all do our part in growing this forum and introducing new people to it.
