The first one is absolutely gorgeous. It really is. The way you used both pens, like, the actual way that you changed from pen to pen, you used them in the exact right place, giving them perfect contrast.

I also adore the hair on the 3rd one. Its a different hairstyle you dont see too often, very beautiful. You're a very talented artist. I cant wait to see more, and I would love to see what you could do with a pencil.

I think you need to study the facial proportions a little, but other then that this is a good piece of work you got here.

I love what you've done with the pens! The first one is awesome, but the lips need to be fuller because they look like a kid's lips. You catch my drift?
As for the other two, I agree with Hazou, the proportions are way off. the eyes need to be closer to the nose.
It should be like this; the eyes should be one eye width away from the nose. They should also be one eye width from the side of her face.
