Appearance: Ezekiah is a tall, slender man, looking approximately 23 to 27 years of age in his base state. He wears a simple black waistcoat over a white shirt and black tie, covering up with a black coat with two large buckles on the lapels. His plain black pants have a simple chain on the right side as a decoration. He also dons a black fedora to conceal his bone fragments and green hair, also using it to shade his shocking yellow eyes.
Personality: Ezekiah is very somber most of the time, but this is merely an affectation to relax the people around him. In truth he is a sociopath who manipulates others for his entertainment and to show them what he believes is the ultimate Truth, that everyone is alone and Despair is the only recourse. He is near fanatical about this belief and so delights in manipulating people who are close to betray each other so they may experience Despair. The only thing most people would notice as odd about the God-King is his tendency to preach his Truth to others as some sort of religion.

Life: Kyutai Hinoki had always been a somber boy growing up. Living in a small hamlet in Japan, his entire life was changed when he was taken in by the local shrine as an acolyte to be trained. He studied for years the various sutras and norito to appease the local kami and youkai. Then, the village was swept away under a massive flood along with several other hamlets up and down the river. As he was at this point the head priest at the shrine, he was offered up by a mob of the the survivors, including his mother and father, and thrown into the raging waters to appease the kami he had obviously slighted in some way.
Death: After his death Hinoki or Ezekiah as he is called now, near immediately Hollowfied as a result of the all-consuming despair of having both failed the people who relied on him and the betrayal of his own family. His Hollow then appeared in Hueco Mundo, shaped similarly to a raven, but with a serpent's tail. He eagerly consumed his fellow Hollows to fill his aching stomach. In this way, over several years, he quickly evolved into an Adjuchas after fighting his way to control the massive Gillian body, becoming slightly more streamlined in appearance and regaining much more personality thanks to the decrease in the ever-gnawing hunger that had before occupied his attention. However his journey to Vasto Lorde took much more time than his evolution to Adjuchas, so over the next several hundred years he fought his way through other Adjuchas using his superior aerial capabilities as well as his venom and constricting tail to capture and devour them whilst remaining uneaten himself. Upon evolution to Vasto Lorde the hunger that had plagued him was nearly gone, more a soft trickle rather than a raging flood, allowing him to think back over what he remembered
of his human life and form his Truth.

No one cares how bad your life was. No one cares how bad my life was. No one will ever care, and the best thing you can do is shut up, stop screaming, and get over yourself. Because if you hope that maybe people will start caring then you open yourself up to their little manipulations, their little barbs, their insults. But once you accept this truth, no one can hurt you anymore." Barry then turned on his heel and began to walk away, his hand slowly tightening and slackening on the handle of Dragon Lily's briefcase form.
