Hold up, I think the rest is good except for the Zanpakuto part.

3pts is the maximum level of mastery, but at this point you only need 1 to be able to improve it further in the future, the technique improvement exists for the purpose of upgrades. Having 2-3 points on them will do very little to no change at all. So to save points, place ony 1 on each technique.

2nd, now that you have 1 point mastery for each technique, you would only need 20 points for everything.

so to help you heres an outline of what it can look like.

Zanpakuto - (Sealed+shi+ban = Z) 15+1+4 = 20
Sealed - 15
Shikai - 1 (1 technique only)
Bankai - 4 (4 techniques)
