    In Kyoto, Japan is Fumei's famed Ochaya, or Tea House. Home to home brewed tea, home grown tobaccos, back hookah rooms, a saki bar, and well known for it's geisha entertainment.

    It is also known as a neutral ground for all. Humans, Vizard, Shinigami, and Espada or anyone else. Mama Fumei has a strict neutral policy, that she keeps tight and breakers answer to her.
