Stupid PMS'ing Mother Nature

Well guys there is a a good chance I'll be offline for a few days now, since last night one heck of a wind storm burst through my area and took out quite a few power lines. Thus based on what my dad told me of that we might be without power for a few days, currently my internet is a little wireless device that got a battery but it won't last for that long and this laptop battery won't either.

So it depends on just how badly damaged the power lines around here are, but considering how many trees fell over it could be a while. Funny thing was no tornado did this just nearly tornado force winds.....fricken crazy weather I swear.

Not sure if anyone cares though but eh it only polite to give a heads up no?

My weathers been the same way
At our school lightning struck a tree and knocked it over on the track behind the school and a bus crashed into another one this morning. Luckily nothing major at the moment but we're in another storm atm.

I can sympathize with you. I live in Boone, NC which is a town located on in the valley of a mountain peak. Sometimes it's 27 degrees here, then 87 the next day. it rains for a week at 4 pm, then droughts for a month. I've seen it snow in June and had 90 degree weather in January, so believe me when I say I understand. Oh yeah, and even though we are on a mountain, we are also on a faultline, so we get minor earthquakes. sigh.

Oklahoma is a bit the same way, 1 day we have 90 degree temps and then the next it will drop down to 40. Just the other day we had a nearly statewide forest fire and 20 tornadoes, the biggest being an F4.

Anyway I back, though I might not be on much still. Lots and lots of trees went down and need to be cut up and moved, such as 7 that fell into the graveyard that quite a few family members are buried in.

WHY DOES THE WEATHER HATE MY AREA SO lemons MUCH!?!? Anyway seems ANOTHER bloody giant storm of pain is heading my way, so yet again I might loose power.......a day after getting it back -.-.....*wants to hitch slap mother nature at the moment.*

You should just live in my area for the moment. Right now it's like sunny and nice out. -.- too sunny...
