For clothing, he wears a white, buttoned up shirt under the black robes distributed to the shinigami. Instead of wearing the regular footwear, he wears flame proof black boots. He normally doesn't wear any accessories, but there are rare moments when he wears a silver necklace.
Personality: Gendo, in simple terms, is merely a child in an adult's body. He is extremely premiscuous and volupturous. He likes to drink, but it is rarely due to the fact he cannot hold his liquor very well. Gendo prefers women over men for the most part. He prefers to work until he gets something done, no matter what the cost. His intelligence is at an exceptionally high level. Gendo would sooner sit in the barracks and read than fight for no reason. Of course, when it comes to fighting, he will not refuse to fight to protect another. He has the patience of a saint, but he also knows when to turn that patience into impatience. He is sane, but most people question it. Oddly enough, he fights exceptionally well when he's drunk.

Around the age of Twenty One, he left for Germany. Once World War II progressed, he was assigned to act as a Spy. He was sent to America to search for a relic meant for immortality. There were four relics hidden within the world. The only known one was in America. Within a town in the countryside of Virginia lied the relic. A family farm house currently occupied the land. He had lied, saying he was a historian searching the town. The family told him to stay the night. He gladly accepted. The family gave him a tour, but what interested him the most was the basement. The symbol was located on the walls. As the family went to bed, he found his way to the basement. Alabaster saw the symbol and ran his hand along it, reading off the german incantation to recieve the relic. The only cost was that of a blood trade. The daughter of the family came down because she had heard something. No one was down there. As she went to turn, Alabaster grabbed her and suffocated her. As he had the daughter, he would trade off her blood for the ritual. It was a success. However, the other two people living in the house, the mother and father, were cursed with immortality, as well. While they had the chance, they locked Alabaster in the basement. He was trapped in there for fifty years. Tourists came and had awoken him from his slumber. Since he could not break out the door within the house, he broke out through the doors. This had frightened the tourists. They ran into the house where the family had been. The family explained what had happened, warning the fact Alabaster had control over blood. "Once you have control over the blood of others, you escape death." The mother had warned them, but they did not care. The men loaded their shotguns, ready to fight. The first man was attacked by Alabaster, who then drank his blood. This gave the other one a chance to fire. He took that chance and shot Alabaster where he would surely die, right through the throat. As Alabaster died, the couple within the home aged and perished.
In purgatory, Alabaster was judged heavily. The only thing that saved him was the fact he had begged forgiveness. He was tested, and sent to the soul society, Rukongai district, to be precise. He lived in the Inuzuri district, surrounded by thieves and criminals. He hated life there. It was worse than anything he could think of. The sight of adults and children killing each other to survive... He noticed something different though. Out of everyone there, only a few, himself included, ever ate. He learned this was caused by having the ability to become a shinigami. He found it interesting. The reborn Gendo noticed a few kids were wearing academy robes. Sign-ups were that day. He rushed to the academy to sign up. Luckliy, he got there in time.
Gendo's academy days had started. The skills of Hakuda and Zanjutsu were easy, though he found Kido to be a little rough. As he improved, he got better with Kido. His first year was easy. His second year, even easier. His academy days were fine, until graduation. Their graduation test was to fight a captain. It was rather simple for testing, but Gendo was nervous. The captain's reiatsu was almost suffocating. The fight began. Gendo was granted the first strike. He went to attack, but the ground began to shake under their feet. There was an invasion going on within the training grounds of the Onmitsukido. "Here?! Noiw?!" The captains rushed to the training grounds. Before Gendo realized it, the captain he had been fighting had picked him up like a child and ran forward. "Consider this part of your testing, kid."
They all arrived to see the Onmitsukido being attacked by an undeveloped arrancar. The captains went at it and tried to attack. The captains were able to cut through, but it had reduced their energy to a danger point. It was up to Gendo to finish it off. He did not hesitate. With one swift movement, he charged forward and lashed at the arrancar with his sealed zanpakuto. Each attack at the arrancar weakened him. As he tired, his desire to win burned strongly. With his next attack, his weapon gave a dark pulse and formed into its shikai. It was the only time he had released his shikai, and it cut right through the arrancar. The captains were astonished. Who or what was this academy student? He was assured graduation. Gendo graduated and joined the eighth division. Since then, he had not released his shikai because he had not learned the cry of his zanpakuto.
RP Sample: Gendo looked about, his expression calm and collected. He was surrounded by a few drunk advesaries. They wielded weapons, but he did not mind. One went in for an attack, and all Gendo did was raise his foot and kick the man in the face. It was effective. Two other men came forward and he spun with an aerial kick.
"I find no use in fighting you drunkards," he admitted, "But if you want me to wipe the floor with you, then gladly."
Gendo opened his book, picking up where he had left off. The other three men looked at him like he was insane. The one to the left went to swing, but Gendo caught the male's wrist and bent it back. The one to the right attacked, and Gendo kicked him in the stomach. The one that was in the center went to stab him. He ended up cutting Gendo's book. The reaper frowned, dropping his book that was now destroyed.
"Now I'll never know the ending," he said, "That upsets me."
Gendo threw the male he had by the wrist at the other two. The three fell to the ground. They were surprised. This guy was a freak! They grabbed the other three and ran away. Gendo turned back to see a child against the wall.
"You're safe now," he said, "You should get home."
Gendo recieved a hug from the child. He chuckled softly, watching the child run off. In turn, he picked up his book and threw it away. He sighed, turning away and walking back to the Eighth Division Barracks.

Zanpakuto Name: Supplice Couperet (Torture Blade)
Sealed Appearance: Supplice Couperet in its sealed form is a simple riding crop meant for pain. The weapon is usually hidden within his sleeve, meant for a surprise attack. Due to Gendo's level of masochism, if one were to hit him with the riding crop, he would not mind. The riding crop is about eight inches in length, including the handle. It is a one-handed handle, obviously.

Shikai Release Phrase: Revolve, Supplice Couperet.
Released Appearance: In a whorl of dark energy, the riding crop becomes an elongated mixture of a chainsaw and a sword, with the hilt of a sword, but the motorized blade of a chainsaw. Occasionally referred to as a “chainsword,” Supplice Couperet's unleashed form is a peculiar weapon, made of no known substance, but rather a curious chemical and mineral compound alike to metal, but different in that it does not conduct heat or electricity and will not dull, bend, or break. It is, in effect, indestructible.
Its energy source, as well, is also unusual, as it has none. Unless a thin lever at the joined base of hilt and blade is pressed, the chain upon the chainsaw portion of the weapon will continually turn, recharging the “battery” hidden in the inner workings of the machine with the friction caused as the inner blades of the saw pass a certain point. By pressing the lever, the blades are temporarily stopped by a blockage in their path; however, this lever can only be accessed by the one wielding the blade.
As to the subject of wielding the blade, due to the nature of the blade’s creation and the magical residue left on it each time it is taken into or out of one of its forms, the only person who can wield Supplice Couperet is Gendo himself. To all others, the blade will simply stop working and become a dead weight, as well as causing them pain; to Gendo, however, the weapon is light as air and seems only to vibrate like a purring kitten.

Released Appearance: As the name suggests, it takes on the form of a shark like blade. Gendo sports this on his right arm and attacks with it. Upon attacking, the blades will grip onto the opponent and tear at them. The bankai itself has no element.

Description: Gendo will place reiatsu into the forms of microscopic parasites into the blades of his weapon. Upon attacking, they will inject into the person's system to cause internal pain.
