Could you please make the topic titles shorter in lenght that we have to post? Right now its on 10 characters required, could you change it to 7 or something?

It could make people want to spam their own topic title to be able to send their topic into the forum. I, myself find other ways to blockpast the topic title requirement but this is a way of getting spam because people like to rush their topics and if they don't seem to be able to send them they will use other ways of sending them.
