Here, you may discuss ranks and others ranks. Only those of a higher rank with good standing in the 12th may request to appoint another to a higher elevation of status in the squad.

If you request for someone to be moved up a rank, then simply use this basic format, followed by your reasons for recommendation and a short cover paragraph detailing their abilities which might benefit the 12th as a whole.
