Quincy Questions & Suggestions

Alright, I'll be posting a few questions here.
1. Like Vizard City, are we going to set up the Quincy Village much like it and teh squads? Or just leave it like this.
2. I know Reaper may be the leader. So, who is THE actual leader of the Quincy Village and who will be the Co Leader?
So far, this is all I have. I'll ask more once these are answered.

Well, reaper is leader by seniority.
But i think Quincies will only really need 1 mod, but they can have leader, co leader, whatever.

as for the set up, i think we'll try one forum for now

yeah, anyway, heres some updates on this matter.

Reaper is leader, but you get to do the moderating since he cant be on regularly ^_^

Alright with me if he is alright with it. I'm updating information for the Quincy character registration and stuff.

Ruru and I decided it together ^-^ So we're both okay with that :D I trust that you will make this a fine place when I'm not here to screw things up xD

I will be grateful. is this like Sanba's taking over of the Vizard HQ while Ken is away, or is this just a Co-Leader doing the hard work while Reaptard is away. Lol, jk. I'm grateful for this honor of helping with the Quincy.

Your not the only one. lol, for awhile, I won't be on so I'm trying to get as much done today as I can. I'm going to a cousins house. I don't know what will happen though. Lol, I'll be on about an hour after I get there.

Well, you could kinda see it as being a temporary Leader while I'm away. We both set up clan rules, and those are to be respected. If that's done correctly, I believe there shouldn't be any problem while I'm away (or you as well). ^-^

SO, you get a pretty high-ranked job INCLUDING the responsibilities it carries ^-^

I do have another question:

Since we are 'Quincygami's', we have 2 different characters? Or just one character with the powers of a shinigami?

I think it should be like the Vizagami. lol, funny word. Anyway, how Sanba for example is a soul reaper and lieutenant of squad 2 and leader of the Vizards till Ken returns, which may be a LOOOOOONG time. Which, I'm alright with. I'm pretty much ok with him now. lol. Anyway, lets do it like that. One character for both, or we could do both.

I got it, you just have to choose the dominant race.

I guess its about time we add hybird or whatever they call it since we cant afford having both.

OR if you guys want, you can make a separate Quincy character from your Shinigami one.

Im fine with anything.

I think it's best we have one character. That's IMO though. What do you think?

It sounds good to me. Suzaku Kakidashi is now a Quincigami. Lol, I like that idea. And I may need to incorporate that into my zanpakto. Like, Shikai, have the basic Quincy bow somewhere on the shikai, like a small pentagon or a small bow symbol key chain on the sword or something. And for bankai, the blade guard could have the Quincy Pentagon on it. I don't know though. lol
