Oay as long as the hovercraft has like a max of two feet of any good surface under it, it can fly.

But it can't go that high like a million stories without something under it. If It does it's by, like skiing. Going fast down hill and getting a little hill to catch some big air than it comes down to it's max limit.

Probably the max it can go without anything under is like 5 stories. But again it's mostly for like travel. I still have like powers that I can go up higher in without the invention. This is for transportation.

Now speed I guess is like.
Microflation-slowest speed. fastest it can go is like a normal bike speed, but usually walking speed to like observe the area.

Mezzoflation- max is 60mph. Probably the normal speed at what I'll most likely use.

Macroflation-Probably least likely to use. Train speed? Or a bit slower to catch big air or go up buildings in.
