The Great Splash

Ruru kept a close watch on Sanba the entire time the humans arrived, she didn' think humans could be so talkative. Then another espada arrived. He was familiar to her, she thought of where she saw him, but she could no longer recall.

She kept her eyes on Sanba, mourning eyes filled with agony, she couldn't muster the strength to pull her blade against him, and it even surprised her how she had let him go despite the fact that she could've stopped him then there, when she regained her self, it was already too late.

"WAIT!" she yelled, flash-stepping towards the already closed tear, she was too late. "DAMNIT!" Ruru said, falling on her knees, kneeling on air.

The small crowd who gathered around her were still there, she wondered how things would've turned out if they weren't there, she sighed, maybe it would be the same.

It was the same time that Claire returned. Claire landed beside her, somewhat in a crouching protective stance at first, then she returned to normal. "Everyone stop talking for now." she ordered them, sending a deadly surge of energy just enough to freeze the humans.

She turned to Ruru looking over her blank face, her blank stare, her empty soul, Claire sighed, then turned to Kyouga.

"You're also here?" she asked, then gave him a small smile, then turned to the others with the same smile, her reiatsu still aiming to freeze them in place.

"I saved the humans." She explained to them. "But not everyone could be saved, as she promised." a small hiss could be heard from the end of her voice as she turned to Ruru it was as if disgusted with her self for helping the shinigami, but she wasn't left with much choice.

Ruru stood after that. "I'm fine Espada." she said turning to the humans. "You can release them from your hold."

Claire knew shinigami's were weak at heart, but she had no real reason to keep them as her prey, so she did as she was asked.

"I believe you all have questions." Ruru continued as Claire lowered her reiatsu. "I know your all waiting for answers, but it wouldn't be wise to speak here." Ruru turned to Claire. "Where's did you take them?"

Claire was already leading the way as if she heard what went through Ruru's head, Ruru then followed asking the rest to do the same.

The city was erased from the map, sunken, only the high lands left.

Noctis nodded at Bucky's request to follow Claire. He teleported close to her to try and keep up with her. She was fast. Even when teleporting it was hard for Noctis to keep pace with her. He felt a need to be faster. He wanted to be faster.

''So, Claire is it? Where are we headed? Noctis asked this question with great concern. He was, after all, extremely worried about the situation that had happened. Hundreds of thousands of people have been laid to death and Noctis had done nothing to try and divert the situation. He was disgusted with himself and mad at the world for letting a calamity like this strike. He deemed it unfair.

Ruru silently followed, instead, Claire entertained the humans. "Mt. Kumotori." she explained, smiling at him before she went at an even faster phase. She knew it would be faster to go through Garganta, but humans are not permitted to enter it... or rather, it's to dangerous for them, even for special humans.

She just hoped they could keep up with both Ruru her and Kyouga.
